Oh!!! sorry forgot to write out this part in the mail. Was getting hassled when people keep on reaching out to an angel in skies when you have in your own heart (alteast everyone here)

The solution is not to upload it as a picture or as a another file. Create a blog and attach that drawing as an attachment (Dont forget to preview/attach the file, when you attach automatically this site previews the posting) then post it...Lo!!! you have the file accesible to everyone.
