• Encourage the proliferation of Food Processing Units (FPUs) and other agriculture related enterprises in the fertile areas of North Bihar (Mithila) through Courses conducted by volunteers of the ‘Art of Living’ (HH Sri Sri Ravi Shankar) staying in various ‘Packaging Parks’ in North Bihar.
• The ‘Packaging Parks’ will coordinate the Packaging and Marketing of the agricultural products prepared by the residents of North Bihar.
• The Packaging of the products (prepared by the residents of North Bihar) would be carried out by the Packaging Parks in North Bihar; and their Marketing would be coordinated with Military efficiency by the HQ of the enterprise in Pune city in Maharashtra (over Internet and Telephone).
• Vehicles in the Packaging Parks in North Bihar would supply the products (held in the Godowns of the Packaging Parks) to places given by the Marketing Dept (in the HQ in Pune city in Maharashtra) over Internet and Telephone.
• Venture Capital amount of $ 60 Million (Rs 200 Crore) has been planned upon.
• The Packaging Parks would have infrastructure of two Cold Storages; a Vehicle Park with complete repair facilities and fuel stocks, all relevant Packaging Plants, a Conference Hall, an office complex; and Accommodation – Messing – Recreation – Medical arrangements for the staff besides other structures revealed from experience.
• The Packaging Parks would be built on a 1500 M X 1500 M piece of land in identified, flood free areas in North Bihar (which will be revealed through analysis of Satellite Pictures and ground study of the areas pinpointed).
• All other details like Staffing, breakdown of expenses for a Packaging Park over the initial five yrs, details of various entities of the enterprise and the details of the proposer are given in the detailed Project Proposal (attached).
