I have just done my AOL course 15 days back,but when i do the Sudarshan Kriya and after that lie down in silence during all this time my mind is just going heywire... and am not able to consentrate. Please guide me how I can stop that and mediate so that i feel peacful.

Ya guruji says you don't need to do anything while meditating,just observe your thoughts...don't fight with them..saying this is good or this is bad...just observe!
