I have just done my AOL course 15 days back,but when i do the Sudarshan Kriya and after that lie down in silence during all this time my mind is just going heywire... and am not able to consentrate. Please guide me how I can stop that and mediate so that i feel peacful.

I did the first one last fall and it was the most beautiful course I have ever taken.
There were many amazing meditations which are not given during advance courses because of their length. The silence was so deep that the meditations and processes took me to another level. ime and worldly thoughts vanished - nothing left but the peace of silence and the feeling of oneness with the surroundings. We all didn't want it to end....
Coming back to the city was a pleasant surprise; I saw everything under a new light, I felt fully recharged, stronger and more serene.

I can not able to login to Navaratri website. I tried to login at 10:30(EST). Did any one watched Navaratri celebrations yesterday ? Am I tried to connect at right time ? If any one have EST time schedule, it will be appreciated.
